Overview
About Me
Lieke: I am a big music lover, I sing in a bluegrass band and play a bit of guitar. Love to go to concerts and festivals. I can truly enjoy anything from acoustic rock, to roots, rockabilly and blues. Dancing lifts me up. Also, I'm a real history buff. I read historical novels, watch old movies, love vintage stuff and visit old shit on my holidays. I am a family person and my roots grow deep, but I also love to meet new people! I've lived in the US, Paris and all over the Netherlands. Moved back home in 2011.
Frank: I teach maths at a highschool in Helmond. Very much into old cars, motorbikes and everything else with some personality. In my spare time I make custom art. Travelled a bit, lived in the Dutch Caribean, Italy and travelled a year in OZ and NZ.

Music, Movies, and Books
Lieke: Big Fish is my favorite movie of all times, an ode to storytellers! My favorite artists include Gillian Welch, Old Crow Medicine Show, The Lone Bellow, Douwe Bob and Mipso.
Frank: Spaceballs and the Crow are my favorite movies. Music, everything between Black Sabbath and Machine Head, but also all between the Stray Cats and All & the BlackCats.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lieke: Spend two days and a night in the Sahara desert, with two friends, three camels, two Moroccan guides and a herd of sheep. No phones, no mirrors, no bathrooms. Coming from such different places, we could still relate. Had a great conversation about live, ate bread from a sand oven, made silly jokes and left a bit of our Western mentality behind by simply saying: Insha'Allah. Not really in religious sense, but just to truly be in the moment. Today is today and what tomorrow will bring? Insha'Allah.
Frank: Sheep hearding in OZ for 1,5months. Riding all across NZ with a motorbike. Riding my own bike all around the Netherlands. Scubadiving in Curacao.
