About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Dreaming of more adventures and trips!

ABOUT ME

Hey there!

Me in a few words: Adventureous, helpfull, loyal, friendly and simply love sports!

Since October 2008 i work for Ernst & Young in Rotterdam. A few months later i rented my own appartement in Papendrecht, the city where i grew up. In March 2009 i moved in and still enjoying everyday since then!

I have a bachelor degree in Business Administration and like i said, i work for Ernst & Young on the Finance Departement. Besides work i love the play sports or work out. Once a week i play indoor soccer with my friends. Im the goalkeeper and thats because i suck as a fieldplayer :D
I also work out 2 or 3 times a week. It is a great way to relax after a day work!

I saw a dutch travel show on tv where i was introduced with the concept of Couchsurfing and i was interested right on. The idea of meeting new and interesting people by offering your hospitality is very positive and satisfying. So it triggered me to sign up and offering a couch myself! Maybe in the future i will surf myself!

PHILOSOPHY

To enjoy life to the fullest you have to do some crazy or totally unexpected once in a while!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I offer a couch (can host 1 or 2 people) in Papendrecht. It is located nearby Rotterdam and with public transportation you are in Rotterdam within 20 min. Within 10 min you can be in Dordrecht, also a very interested city.
The windmills of Kinderdijk are just a few kilometers away and we can go there by bike. That way you can really experience the dutch landscape!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Currently none, but hoping to gain a lot in the future!

Interests

Sports, Music, Bands, Festivals/concerts, DVD's, food and beer!

I can listen to music for hours and im always looking for new talented bands. Go to concerts in Rotterdam on a regular bases and i try to go to at least 1 festival a year.

I also love cooking or at least i try to experiment.. :D So be warned........
