I am Francesco, 30 years old, from Rome, Italy. :-)

Traveler, casual writer, insatiably curious about life and the world, fond of people with a sharp mind and a deep soul.

I am a nice, careful guest, a cleanliness and politeness lover. I am a patient and open-minded person, conversely I hate rudeness and intrusiveness.

I am a rather talkative guy, especially during one-to-one talks, maybe a bit shy in group situations. I like good cuisine, tasting new food, exploring new places. I love art and folklore and I am a wilde life enthusiast.

I like backpacking in unusual places (bit fond of the great, silent, majestic north...maybe 'cause I'm from the mediterranean? Maybe..XD), discovering local cultures and ways of life, hiking, talking about important issues.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here basically to travel and to meet new interesting people around the world. I really would like to visit the most important cities of our planet with a local guide! I do not like so much traditional way of travelling, booking hotels and resorts.. I prefer to live a deep and real experience.

Living in one of the most attractive and ancient cities in the world, Rome, I'll obviously be glad to host travellers from everywhere, especially those who have been so kind to host me :)

For a mediterranean, seeing a sort of electric-blue sunset at midnight is an experience hard to forget :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to cook, so I will be glad to prepare a tasty italian lunch/supper for you! Moreover, I'll help you in your home chores and I'll obviously give my contribution to the little expenses (buying food and so on). :)
