Hey guys! We are Benjamin and Franziska and 26/25 years young. 2018 we started our worldtrip - we wanted to travel the world for more than two years - but someone had other plans for us :) In March we are going to be a family! We are really looking forward to have our baby <3 We will still host people - if they don´t have a problem to stay with a young family! Despite the pregnancy we kept on traveling for 8 months. Now we are back home to get ready for our baby :)

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Travelling through a country with getting to know the locals is always the best way to travel. After some time you won´t remember the name of a church in a country, but you will remember the person you spent your time with! For us it is the only way how we want to travel - get in touch with the locals and the nature!
Music, Movies, and Books
Franziska´s favorite movie is Forrest Gump - it is the best movie I have every seen and the only one I have seen more than 40 times :) Benjamin love the movie Juno. We love the music of Of Monsters and Men, The Lumineers , also from the german bands Die Ärzte and Farin Urlaub Racing Team, and 30 seconds to mars.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Worldtrip 2018: We hitchhiked through Austria, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Canada, USA and Turkey for 8 months with our tent and a baby in Franziska´s Belly :) Listen to an American Gospel Chor Jogged over the Brooklyn Bridge Wandered through the Grand Canyon Visited a finnish sauna in Finland Made a balloon ride over Cappadocia Washed our clothes in a typical launderette Found shark teeth in Austria (there is no sea) Crowed Surfing during a concert

We like to share our austrian cuisine :) Franziska can teach how to "bake" the most delicious raw vegan cake you will ever eat, Benjamin can learn you how to make a real cool streetart;) We love to explore our own area as well - we like to spend time with our Couchsurfers and to show them around! Share austrian living style :)

My Interests
Interests of Franziska: I love going on concerts. In fact I don´t know exactly how many conerts I have already visited - maybe 90? So if you know, there is any music festival, concert in your city - please let me know :) I also love yoga, cooking - learning new recipes, hiking, wildcamping in nature, secondhand shops, handmade stuff, farming. Interests of Benjamin: I am always sketching or do some street art. Chilling in my hammock. Wild camping.
