About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I just returned from a year abroad studying in Japan. Right now I am back into everyday worries of studying my master's degree, but I would like to stay in touch with travellers, never to forget the touch of freedom and excitement experienced when travelling.
ABOUT ME
I am studying electrical engineering in Bochum, although I live in Düsseldorf.
My passion is Judo, but I am also interested in any other martial arts as well as outdoor sports.
I am open hearted and open minded. I have a lot of humor and I am basically good for any joke. However, at times I might seem a bit weird and I might be a little shy around new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have lived and traveled around Australia and seen many great places. I also spend 3 weeks in northern China, visiting Beijing, Huhott, Xi'An, Taishan and the Shaolin Temple. I also kayaked the Danube from Mohacs to St Georg at the Black Sea, where I learned a lot about Eastern Europe. I spent one year in Japan in a research lab in Osaka University and I used every free minute to travel around Japan. Hokkaido, Kyushu, Shikoku, Okinawa, Tokyo, Hiroshima, Wakayama just to name a few places.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am always happy to hone my language skills be it English, French or Japanese. My English is already rather good, so if you are struggling I might be able to help you along. Being German, my German is as good as it gets and I am always happy to help, if you are interested in learning this (rather difficult) language.
I love travelling to new places and seeing spectacular landscapes. I have had a few fantastic experiences myself and together we might be able to extend our list of places we still need to go, or share memories of similar experiences.
