Overview
About Me
I am an open-minded and easy going person. A huge fan of history, philosophy, and my favorite thing in the world is stand-up comedy. I love to learn, meet new people and have conversations that linger on in my head, long after we've said our goodbye's.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to see the world and meet people that I would otherwise not get the chance to meet. There is always something about people that allow you to stay with them, it's a beautiful thing.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a lot of different music, the music of my teenage years was pretty angsty; a lot of (gangsta) rap and heavy metal. I've calmed my boobs since, but I do like to shake my tail feather from time to time with some electronic noise.
I like cult movies and animated series; Futurama, Brickleberry, The Boondocks, The Simpsons, South Park, Sealab 2021.
The books I read are mostly for educational purposes because I'm dyslectic (no novels I'm sorry). I like Nietzsche, Sartre, Camus and Carlin.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I travelled to New York in 2017 to try my hand at stand up comedy. It was one big ass adventure.
Teach, Learn, Share
During my time as a social worker at Foundation Jong Bonaire, I've connected with a lot of young people, and to this day I am allowed to give guest lectures at least three times a year my former high school. Which is awesome!
What I Can Share with Hosts
What you need to know about me:
- I make a mean Chilli con Carne.
- I don't take life seriously, so you expect me to make a few bad jokes.
- I don't need a lot; a couch, a pillow, and a blanket are enough.
- Please tell me the house rules, so I won't be a bother to you.
