About Me

Hi!

My name is Fulop a 22 years old Hungarian raised in a small village in the north of Hungary. I come from a big family I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

I'm a traveler filmmaker and FPV drone pilot but I'm also interested in a 3D software called Blender. I'm a chill guy, but also an extreme sports lover ( I started with gymnastics then went to parkour, but nowadays cliff jumping and bmx are my favourites). Currently on a scholarship in the US. I love to meet new people and experience different cultures. I’m an open minded creative person who always up for a good time. Let’s connect and share some awesome adventures together. Count me in for any spontaneous adventures or exploring hidden gems. I like to discover the lesser known treasures of our world.

Music, Movies, and Books

In my music tastes, I have a deep appreciation for classical music, with J.S. Bach being my absolute favorite. This passion dates back to my childhood, when my parents would often play Bach cantatas for me. At the time, I didn't quite understand why they insisted on it so much. However, as an adult, I’ve grown to appreciate the depth and beauty of his compositions. When it comes to my everyday listening, my favorite duo has to be Daft Punk with Veridis Quo.

In terms of films, Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith was my first cinematic experience as a kid, and it left a lasting impression on me. This early experience has influenced my work and creativity significantly. I also have a great admiration for Christopher Nolan’s films, with Interstellar being my favorite. Nolan's innovative techniques, such as his preference for shooting on film even in 2024, and his ability to weave complex narratives with profound emotional and philosophical themes, make his work stand out to me.

When it comes to reading, I must admit it’s not my favorite activity. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with reading in my childhood. When I was in first grade, I had difficulties with reading, which made the experience quite frustrating. As a result, I never really developed a strong interest in books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just one?
-When I was 18, I embarked on an adventurous trip to Milan, Tenerife, and London with two friends on a $50 budget. We slept on beaches in sleeping bags
-In 2022, a friend and I attempted to sneak up as many rooftops as we could in Budapest to discover a different perspective of the city. It was a thrilling adventure that revealed the hidden beauty of Budapest. If you come to Hungary I can show you some hidden rooftops.
-In 2023, while working in Ireland, I visited the famous Downpatrick Head, a breathtaking location where Red Bull Cliff Diving events used to be hosted.
- I traveled to Prague with my brothers just to watch Oppenheimer in IMAX 70mm. We were super exhausted, because we had to walk many miles, but its worth it.
- When I was 16 me and my friend went to Miskolc (a town in eastern Hungary) to ride bmx, because a cool indoor skatepark is there. On the way back we didn't have enough money to buy the train tickets so we had to hide in the lavatory.
