About Me

I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and grew up in Paraty, surrounded by nature and by the beach. I currently live in Rio and I'm finishing my degree in Biological Sciences here. Beyond biology, my great passion in this world is Kung Fu and all the amazing philosophy envolved in it. I feel like my purpouse in life is to find a connection and balance between ecology and spirituality. I'm really into Zen Buddhism and Taoism too.
I currently work in an Algae Research Laboratory (w/ zooxanthellaea) in the Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden. I'm a Kung Fu practitioner for 4 years and Tai Chi Chuan practitioner for 1.5 years now, and I help my teacher in a Social Project where I teach Kung Fu to kids.
I'm very open minded, always wanting to learn and to help not only people around me, but the world itself. I'm vegan and I try to live life in simple ways.
