About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am working on improving the housing conditions of low-income populations in Latin America
ABOUT ME
Travel is my vice. I've been doing it for almost ten years now, and have spent the majority of my time in Latin America. Most recently, I returned from living in Rocinha, Brazil's largest favela. I am now studying for my Masters degree at the University of California, Berkeley.
I consider myself very respectful and empathetic. I enjoy great hostels, meeting interesting people, and going with the flow. I'm a pisces, and I match the description pretty well. I don't like punchees punchees clubs, but prefer a guitar, a group of awesome people, a fire, and some good beer. Big fan of nature, and large bodies of water. Wanna know more, send me a message!
Interests
I love the quote: "the world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page." For me, this quote exemplifies the extensive network of knowledge that characterize our planet. Everyone knows something that you do not, so in that respect you can learn from anyone, anywhere.
This is how I spend my time: trying to understand more about my culture, other cultures, and how to improve the human race's relationship with itself and Mother Nature. I enjoy music, playing it, dancing to it, or just listening to it. I consider myself a very spiritual person as well, so a good book and tranquility are some things that grab my attention. I do well alone, in small groups, or in large groups and enjoy what each has to offer.
