我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

i started out by offering to take people trips to the great ocean road etc. but now that i have moved closer to the cbd in st kilda i have a spare room in my unit. i have enjoyed helping out couchsurfers that need a bed for a night or 2 or even someone just needing a shower on their travels. i also rent out the room short term as I find that some couchsurfers want to stay longer than a couple of nights. i have met some absolutely wonderful people from all over the world and enjoy learning about their country and culture

兴趣

I normally work Monday to Friday but on some weekends I like to explore Victoria in my 4wd ute or just kick back and have a quiet weekend. i play drums so i love to go to a local venue for some live rock or even a quiet bar with a singer/guitarist playing. i also love a good meal and when i get the chance with good company i also like to explore an interesting area of melbourne and have a nice meal or a few drinks.

I play drums so I enjoy a varied range of music. but all the usual blues,rock and jazz is my main interest in music
when I read I mainly enjoy autobiographies from interesting people

a couple of years ago i done a trip up the centre of australia to see uluru,kings canyon etc and up to darwin then across to brisbane. i enjoy travelling around australia

i can offer a comfy double bed in your own room if its available or if you are stuck a camp matress on the floor. my place isnt for party animals but more of a place for a chilled out quiet drink. i try to make it a friendly relaxed atmosphere where you get comfortable just like you would at your own place. if i have the time i can offer weekend trips away or just a social night out exploring melbourne. if you are the type to get out and do your own thing im happy just to give some helpful information
