About Me

Born and grown up in Hong Kong, don't know how to conclude myself in a few sentences but will try in the next few.

Currently studying in Belgium. Love to travel and meeting new people of course, but also enjoy time for being alone. Not a very very talkative person but sociable. Enjoy poetry, (continental) Philosophy, movies, music and hiking as the only sport on list. lol

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Started when I was in Switzerland, hosted a few times but didn't continues when I was back in HK , so still a beginner I guess.

Interests

hanging around....watch a good film...and have a good sleep.....learning language then give up eventually lol.
Drinking but easily get drunk, even in an asian standard.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books : not a very literature person but do enjoy reading poems, mostly read in Chinese. P.K Leung is definitely my favorite among other HK poets. Paul Celan is also one of my fav. Also books about philosophy, critical theory, but always forget what I have read. lol

Music : Bach, Brahms, Blur, Radio head, Damien Rice, Tokyo Jihen東京事變, Canton Pop, Indies

Films : listing a few here, lost in translation, a Single man, Fassbinder (Angst essen Seele auf), Ozu (I was born, but...), Tsai Ming-liang (你那邊幾點?), Wim Wenders(Die Himmel uber Berlin, Paris Taxis)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Eventually stopped a leaving train just to get back my mobile.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well...Sure I can teach Cantonese but I wonder if there are people willing to learn.
supposingly can cook some simple dishes......but didn't step into the Kitchen since exchange... I guess three years since then? Still will help to prepare some food if you wish to.
Want to improve my German, hopefully, and if they are still there.
