Movies well... no soup-operas and films like Rambo5 music some jazz, classical books non- fiction , sometimes Marquez , Ecco, and Somoza his"ZYGZAK" is very good.Books that make me think with a message.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
too many of such things , Last year I had to pull my kayak along a river for 7 kilometer because the water was too shallow.At the same time my friend were walking along the same river through forest and were bitten by mosquitos . They were not even touch me.

Music ,mainly classical but any apart from noisy blurring one , sport, good books mainly non- fiction, meeting people ,mountains. I like fishing and practise Yoga it helps me to realise stress.
