My name is Gautier, I am French and want to travel more and more. Traveling is being addictive. I did my first big travel in 2017 for 2 months in Caribbean, then for 6 months in most of south America. Then I traveled in South East Asia for 6 months before going to Australia for one year to do a working holiday visa. I then traveled for 4 months in central Europe. I traveled in East Africa for 6 months.
In between all of this traveling I try to work a bit everywhere in the UK mainly: part time photo model, bar staff for music festivals, events, promotion etc. Plus farm, gardener, masseur etc. In Australia.
I'm fun, funny, sociable, always enthusiastic and ultra motivated.
Currently I'm back in France I studied for one year to be a nurse auxiliary it's what I do in between my travels for a living before living my real passion which is traveling

Couchsurfing is a bit the accommodation version of hitchhiking. In hitchhiking, you request a lift with your thumb and/or a cardboard then you socialize with the driver, couchsurfing is you send a request and if the host accept you stay at his place and socialize.
Drivers or hosts are amazing people wanting to help travelers.

Why? Simply because it is totally my mindset to meet different people, from different cultures, discover new things and also it is a cheaper way to get hosted whilst travelling to be honest haha
