About Me
Hello! Time will tell if I end up in the career of my dreams — sociohistorical researcher/archivist — but I keep my horizons open just like with the road ahead whilst travelling.
I'm passionate about uncovering and preserving family history (genealogy). I critically engage with its potential advantages and disadvantages in the 21st century from micro to macro perspectives and with a humanistic goal.
Photography from decades gone by and photography with me behind the lens each day keep me enthralled by life. I enjoy researching and contributing to the upkeep of archives, whilst exploring and trying to do what I can for the upkeep of our environment. I'm grateful for the experiences I've been offered on this pale blue dot and I hope that future generations will have the fortune of using Couchsurfing or it's predecessor.
