About Me
Ello!
I'm Georgi,
myself and my partner Maja are new to Berlin, I'm from Australia and Maja is from Norway. Other than working we spend our time mostly with each other, we draw and write, Painting sometimes and reading a lot.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because - lets coexist.
Music, Movies, and Books
Love listening but can't play... Though I have spent a considerable amount of time deafening my loved ones with the harmonica.
I don't watch movies too often but I'll throw down for Harry Potter any day as it is just delicious.
Books are great!
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I did acro for a few years back in the day so I've still got a couple tricks up my sleeve.
I love being in the kitchen it is my place of peace and creation and I'm not fussy at all apart from spice. So I'm always keen to share food and communal cook.
I draw and write a little. I have this game called me squiggle (old Australian kids show with a puppet in the shape of a pencil) where you do a squiggle, pass it to the next person and they try and make an image out of it. Keeps my creative juices flowing. Love board games and card games.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Once upon a time I lived in the best couch surfing host house. The most communal, open, awesome space there was. I think in the two years I was there we hosted over 100 surfers. They are now some of my closest friends and many ended up staying with us permanently. I am so humbled to be apart of that. I understand the rewards and respect of surfing and hosting. The things we can teach each other, learn, share and coexist is all this is about for me. Respecting boundaries and creating a comfortable space to share with each other is all that's needed to enjoy
Couch surfing while being a surfer and a host. I can share and show my experience.
