Overview
About Me
I'm a game devlopment student from Norwich, England. I'm super into art, music, reading and movies, and I'm always up for a conversation.
I love dogs and cooking, and have been described as the 'mum friend' by my friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's a great way to meet new people and travel the world at the same time.
Interests
Last year I wrote a short paper on music and its role in society, and I'm now I'm considering some research into a couple lesser-known psychological conditions. I go camping a few times a year, so I love the outdoors and hanging out in nature.
I have a passion for philosophy and have pulled many all-nighters to talk about the unanswerable questions.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite book is definitely John Dies at the End, it's a horror comedy, and really I can't describe it. I recommend it, and its sequel, This Book is Full of Spiders: Seriously Dude, Don't Touch It.
I can't really think of what movie's my favourite, but I'm a huge fan of The Big Lebowski, Pulp Fiction, Shaun of the Dead, etc. Anything that "knows what it is".
When it comes to music, I like everything really, from Pink Floyd to Nirvana, Gorillaz to goddamn anime themes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In the first half of 2015, I started a fundraising campaign for cancer research, and shaved off my two-foot long hair after raising almost £2000.
The page was https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/lockloss. I donated the hair I shaved off to a charity that makes wigs for children going through chemotherapy. I recorded my head shaving, the video's here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvIGdOxuJYg
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd be more than happy to share my cooking skills, and I'm not too bad at the guitar either.
I love discussing philosophy, and love hearing other people's views and sharing my own.
I also enjoy talking about music and art in all its shapes and sizes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a pretty fine cook, I've been fascinated and cooking for over a decade, and I can cater for anyone from meat-eaters to vegans.
I'm a good listener, many friends and family come to me with problems or thoughts and I do what I can to help.
