ABOUT ME

My river is l'Odet in France where I spent my childhood playing with my family and dogs
My forest is the Amazon Rainforest where I spent days sleeping on a hammock
My sea is the India Sea where I magically met my better half
My volcano is Rangitoto in New Zealand/Aotearoa where I spent 2 peaceful years
My temple is Nyuh Kuning Temple in Ubud, Bali where I discovered black magic believes
and my mountain is La Segaria in Spain where my little girl was born.

I learned this way of introducing oneself with the Maoris of New Zealand/Aotearoa connecting them-self with the surrounding natural elements. In this way, Maoris doesn't have think about environmental sustainability because they have an inner natural respect for their land.

Little bit more about myself: I do my best to be open minded, optimist, curious, and open to every new situation and experience. I enjoy meeting new people and discovering new cultures and faces.
Most of all, I enjoy all simple moments of life, and try to see all opportunities in a positive way.

I love travelling in a social and environmental way. I worked for a NGO in Colombia providing organic agriculture and social interest of local populations. As well, in a ecovillage in India (Auroville) realizing a new water purifier system to reuse wastewater for irrigation

I am an Environmental Engineer and I have been working across 4 continents in engineering consultancies, cooperatives, NGOs, and as a freelancer.
Over the last years, I have been imagining, creating and developing projects in different countries of Oceania, Asia and Europe – designing, learning, teaching, and raising awareness about truly sustainable water-energy-matter systems locally appropriated and naturally efficient.
I am currently working from Valencia in Spain, as a Freelance Environmental Consultant and Project Manager for projects in Asia and Europe.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like filling the gaps. When my place is free I usually offer it to people who is looking for a place to stay.
I used to go to the weekly CS drink when I was living in Auckland and to a spanish meeting group.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I host several people when I was in Colombia. Friends of mine, or people I met and who where traveling around South America.
I met very nice couch surfers in Bangkok, Singapore, and Auckland who made me discover local food, and culture.
For me, that´s a great way of traveling!

Travel in a conscious way by respecting local traditions and environment.

I enjoy cooking and making go meals with friends.

Music : I love sharing it with people by dancing (salsa, merengue, vallenato...), or playing it!
I play the guitar and drums like djembe
