About Me
Hi, my name is Giacomo, I'm a 20 year old student from Milano, Italy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to couchsurf mainly to meet more peope: since I like travelling alone, I've always find it difficult to know more of a culture if you're not inside it. I'm very keen on sharing what I know, experiences and so.
I'd also like to accept guests, but since I'm not yet living alone I'm more looking forward to host in the future!

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book must be "Stoner", by J.E. Williams. It is so simple yet so fascinating, and it does a great service on showing how writing well makes a difference. I also really like pretty much everything from Tolkien, Bradbury, Palaniuk, Sacks.
I love electronic music, especially Daft Punk, but i also really enjoy me some american rap (Kanye, Chance, Gambino)
As for the favorite movie I must go with "Forrest Gump", since every time I watch it Idiscover something new.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think I'm still waiting for something amazing to happen.
However if I had to pin down something I really liked was living and studying one year abroad to Danmark. It was surely a life-changing experience, since I made many new friends, of which some I'm still in touch, and I grew as a person.
Teach, Learn, Share
If there's something I'm good at it must be Beer Pong, my only true talent.
On a more serious note I'm a camping enthusiast, so i know many tricks and tips in the field of outdoor living., cooking and hiking.
Moreover my true passion is international economics, so I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in the matter, and I really like to share my views about the big issues the world is facing (migration, global warrming, overpopulation, etc...).
I'm a firm believer of the power of Dialectic, hence I try to be open-minded.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm not the most sociable guy, but I tend to fit in where I am.
Saying that I can share something sounds to me a little pretentious, but I think I can share my knowledge, my passions, and my will to know more, much more about anyhting. I'm very hard to be bored, let's just say that.
