My name is Gilmer and I am 36 years old who just wants to travel all over the world and meet my fellow human beings and their cultures =). I am new to this couchsurfing thing, which I find very, very awesome. I was born in Peru and moved to the United States when I was a teenager and have been living here since then. I LOVE to travel because the experience that one gets from it is one of a kind. The people, culture, adventures that I got to experience are priceless! I recently went to Moscow for the World Cup and even though I did not couchsurf, it was an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to go back Russia.

I want to travel as much as I can and meet as many people, i come off shy at first but after we break the ice, I'm a fun guy. I always enjoy learning about different cultures, peoples, foods, attractions.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
I skydived and that was the worst feeling prior to the jump but the most amazing feeling while in the air ... so you should do it!

One of the things I recently go into is dancing, so I enjoy it ... I'm not that great but I can teach you some salsa, bachata, merengue.
