Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The couch is in a small remote town in the north of Thailand. The name of the town is Phrao, and it is in the province of Chiang Mai.
Before you send me a request - please look it up in google maps as I had many requests from people who had no idea where it was till they arrived in Chiang Mai city and realized they still have another 100 Km or so to go....

Phrao is very quiet. Nothing much (or at all...) in way of bars and clubs, but lots of nature, waterfalls and even a hot spring not very far.

I have 1 spare bedroom with 1 single bed in it. I prefer 1 guest at a time, but I might consider 2 friends in some cases if you are willing to sleep on the floor or share surface. No blankets / sheets / towels.
I prefer 3-5 nights stay.

As it is a farm there is always work to be done and I expect guests to help 3 hours a day. It can be weeding, planting, harvesting, development projects, maintenance or whatever is needed at the time of your visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

No specific music type, but prefer oldies
Movies - depends on my mood...
Books - as long as they are not boring
