About Me

Hi!
I'm 24 years old and right now I'm living in Perugia, my home city.
I'm going to start a Master in Madrid in September and in the meanwhile I'm studying Spanish, working, traveling and enjoying my beloved country.
Last year I was doing my european volunteering service in Germany, in the city of Magdeburg. It was a wonderful experience, even tough I still can't speak German :D I really fall in love with the country and the river Elbe.
I was studying in Florence and I spend there four beautifoul years of my life; there I was in a student association. I was organizing events, partys and I was taking care for the communication of this association; it really makes me stronger and full of experiences. After a month of my graduation, I moved to Germany and here I am!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm in couchsurfing because I belive this kind of experiences can give an add value to the travel and in this way I've the chance to meet people that it would be difficult to know in a different way.
I like sharing and hosting people too, because it's a way of growing up and to get in contact with different point of view.

Interests

I love drawing (both, digital and analogic), taking photos, meeting people, aubergines and cooking. When I travel I always bring my camera with me, when I'm packing I always know that I've to leave that place for my camera and most of the time I've to take off clothes or other stuff to fit the camera in my jetpack. But I do it with love, it's something I really care about. Drawing relax me and really make me happy. It's because of the creation process and on the focus of something that doesn't exist yet.
I really like my country and worm places. My german is terrible but I'm trying to make an effort and learn it, also without good results!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like bands form the indipendent italian field and I'm cooperating with a music label in my home city that is called "Astio Collettivo". I was doing some posters for gigs and helping with the organisation.
Mostly I listen to rock, indipendent, hardcore music but I like also classic one. I'm listening something of electronic too and I always enjoy listening to some trash '90 compilations.
The book that I prefer I think is "Oceano Mare", by Baricco. It's quite for teenager but it will always have a special place in my heart.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most incredible thing I've done is probably spend last year in Germany. I didn't know German, I didn't have any competences for working in television, I don't really like wet and cold places and I'm shy.
But, right now, I can already say that it completely worth it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not a really good teacher but I could teach you some basic italian phrases and for me it would be a pleasure cooking together or for you (:
