Hello everyone!

I'm Gio:) I was born in Peru, grew up in SoCal, and now live in South Florida. I'm an SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) and Mindfulness teacher at a high school. I've been teaching for 10 years and I really enjoy my job! I also love to travel and to laugh. I've been to many places like many of you, and I've lived in Rome, Italy and Yangyang, South Korea. I also love learning new languages and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'll be in Portugal, Spain and Morocco for 5 weeks and I'd love to meet some people in Portugal to practice my Portuguese. I'm not planning on staying too long in any particular place (2- 4nights); I'm just going with the flow. I'd love to meet some locals, get tea, go for a hike, and share stories:)
