About Me

"saxifrage is my flower that splits the rocks" - W. C. W.

Hi! I'm Goda from Lithuania. Currently I'm studying Arts Management in the capital of Lithuania Vilnius. Mostly I find myself scrolling around and amplifying the surroundings with guitalelle and voice. I love travelling and for this I usually hitch-hike. I am easy-going, open to try and learn new things, curious about people and the way of the world. Life is nothing but a dream within a dream, so let's dive through it

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because this is the best place to make new friends all around the world.

Interests

I love to try all kinds of instruments and jam along, write my own music. Dancing, mostly free, improvisational. Freeform painting. Writing, reading poetry and prose. Languages and different cultures

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

when I was in Israel in the beginning of 2017, me and my friend Ieva, we hitch-hiked to find a beach to swim in the dead sea. We were moving pretty slow so it got pretty dark eventually and so this Arabian truckdriver picks us up. He didn't really speak English, but I kept trying to use my body language to explain where are we heading to.
So after awhile he stops by the road on a cliff, jumps out of the truck and asks to follow. A couple of mins later we found ourselves on the waters of Dead Sea.
After that it got pretty late and this guy left us in an area called West Bank, which is not very safe to hitch - hike, but luckily a bus stopped and we left for home.
That night we found ourselves dancing in a bar alley, located in the central market of Jerusalem.
