I'm turning 73 this summer (2019). I live with my wife, Eileen ("Beanie"), and our black spaniel mix, Barley, in Bath Ohio.

I have worked as an I.T. professional since 1974 - and an I.T. Consultant since 1985.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was hosted by several CouchSurfers in 2015 while doing a bike ride from Bath, OH to Key West, FL, and I want to pay it back - at least! ☺
Also, I'll be doing a 2000 mile, 42 day, solo charity bike ride from Albuquerque, NM to the Akron Ohio area for The American Diabetes Association this summer and will be looking for good folks to host me.

Interests

I enjoy cycling, music, and cooking, and am a beer aficionado. (I've traveled several times to Europe for beer tours and to many breweries in the US and Canada.)
