About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission on earth is to be happy, share it with people I love, try to build a better world and try not to make it worst for other people

ABOUT ME

Easygoing, I try to never loose a chance to enjoy new experiences, know new people, travel and get to understand other ways of thinking and living.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't been on coachsurfing a lot but I have been on "hospitalityclub" for 10 years, receiving people and visiting lots of places thanks to the hospitality of local people. I like this way of travelling cause it permits you to see and feel a city through the eyes and through the experience of someone who lives there and know the best places to see more than the touristy buildings and stuffs.

Interests

One of my interests is Social Anthropology, try to understand the way the world "works", study cultural patterns that make life so intense and so different; I also love climbing, photography, ride my bike in the middle of the crazy Madrid's traffic, and I have been practicing yoga (Iyengar) for a while.

Music, Movies, and Books

Film: "Zabriskie point" of Antonioni; love that movie! "Amores Perros" is another of my favorite ones, and in a totally other genre: "Le gout des autres"!!
Music: I kind of like a large range of things, especially rock from the 90's like Radiohead, but also jazz, brasilian MPB, like the rythms of bachata and cumbia, and jam sessions of jazz are always a must!
Books: "Les mémoires d'Adrien" (Yourcenar) is by far my favorite, alongside with "El rio que nos lleva" (Sampedro).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climb the Teide in Tenerife on a bike, with a bath-suit, sandals and a t-shirt. When I got at 2000 meters I was freezing but it was beautiful!!

Countries I’ve Lived In

Belgium, Canada, Ecuador, Spain
