About Me

Hey guys, I`m Grisha - 23 years old, I`m a laid back and positive kind of person. I fell in love with traveling mainly for the people I meet along the way, I got to learn a lot about the world, the people and mainly about myself while traveling, and still continue to learn something new every day!

My passion is learning cultures in many perspectives of it, from the people and their view of life, music, history, food.

I have started cooking in my trip in Australia and completely fell in love with it, the best way for me to learn it though is from people who I spend time with, and as Australia is a small backpacker international farm I got to see and learn a variety of dishes from the world. I have later in my trip decided to work in a professional kitchen for a few months, and it was an amazing experience to have. I would like to pick up vegan cooking - as in how to make a none vegan dish vegan while saving the properties of the first.

Music is a big passion in my world and I like a big variety of genres and musicians, from Soft rock and rock to hip hop and rap, metal to psychodelic rock, and electronic music like trance and techno.
I travel with a guitar yet I`m still new to it, I learned a bit but would like to continue. while traveling I have developed significantly more than what I used to be, only from playing with different kind of people or circles.

Thanks for having a read :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing sounds like a really cool platform for traveling from a local point of view - and for me to get a better grasp of the culture is my intention. Spending time in a warm house with warm people is a bit nicer than a hostel in the end of the day, you really get to spend time if possible, and really exchange knowledge and share interests with each other.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking, good music and all in all just sharing positive vibes and views!

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Russian Federation, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
