About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm on a mission to see as much and meet as many different people as I can while I'm still young. Hiking the Alps sounds infinitely more appealing to me now than it will when I'm 70.
ABOUT ME
I read a lot and play the guitar a lot, although I didn't get to play much the past year in Korea. Laughing is always good, especially at funny movies. Really enjoy good conversation with people, especially if they don't mind taboo subjects like whether or not Canadian beer is really better than American beer.
PHILOSOPHY
Everybody would be happier if they did what they really wanted to more often.
Interests
I love reading and I've been writing a quite a bit over the past year. Its hard to narrow it down past that, because I love everything, really. I love music, and the guitar. I love to meet people and learn about where they come from.

Music, Movies, and Books
all kinds of movies are great. I love jazz, rock, and jam music, but I can groove to anything. Generally I read fiction, but the most interesting books I've read lately were "Guns, Germs, and Steel," by Jared Diamond, and "Understanding Power,' by Noam Chomsky.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I walked into North Korea. No joke! Well, its kind of a joke. I went to the DMZ (the border), and there were buildings that spanned both countries. We were allowed to walk freely through the building.
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, Thailand
Countries I’ve Lived In
South Korea, United States
