CURRENT MISSION To live life simply and appreciate. (Also, to be a midwife.) ABOUT ME I've been studying midwifery for the last five years both formally and informally. I work two jobs, one at a health food store and the other at a group home for teenage mothers. In my spare time I am the Creative Director and founder of a birth & midwifery magazine called SQUAT Birth Journal. I also play roller derby several nights and week and go by the name 'Crazy Cat Lady' on my team. I am a busy lady, but I try to make time to enjoy life, tend to my garden, pet my cats and read good books. PHILOSOPHY Simplify, simplify, simplify.
