About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Work on my Divemaster certification and then onto Dive Instructor.

ABOUT ME

I have travelled a small bit in my life, but I don't really consider myself a traveler. I am not someone who travels just to talk about it and collect stamps in my passport. I travel to places because there is something that draws me there.
I enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures, but I try to never forget who I am and about my culture.
I live in Hawaii which allows for plenty of travel, we have water, mountains, rain forest, desert, we even have snow sometimes, so I focus my travel on the islands for now.

PHILOSOPHY

Live Aloha.

Do what makes you happy and enjoy it while you can. Surround yourself with people that challenge you and try different things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am offering my couch to people who are traveling to the islands. I learned of Couch Surfing through a classmate of mine and was very interested. I have had great luck while traveling and want to make sure that others do as well. Hawaii can be a pricey place to visit, so if I can help someone out and show them the Aloha Spirit, then I will help them to explore the islands.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met some cool people in Beirut and they showed me around the town. Its a welcoming feeling to have someone to talk to when you are that far away.
Hosted a few couples and some other travelers as they made their way around the world. Always nice to sit with a bottle of wine and talk about their experiences.

Interests

I have found a new passion in scuba diving.
Playing with the dog
Going to the beach and trying to surf
exploring the neighbor islands

Music, Movies, and Books

Documentaries and slow moving movies.
Stories about real life and real people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I witnessed a kindergarden graduation at a Palestinian Refugee camp in Downtown Beirut, Lebanon.
If you have never been inside a refugee camp, you wont know what a rough life truly is.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to SCUBA dive and snorkle.
I am currently starting to work toward my rescue diver and then onto my dive master certification and ultimately SCUBA dive instructor.
