About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My mission, should I choose to accept, is to see the world, meet people, and have fun. I love traveling and I love seeing new things and cultures.

ABOUT ME

Where to start...

I live in the US now, in Indiana. I travel a lot. Work gets in the way of travel...lol.

I lived in Germany for a summer. I worked for a company as an apprenticeship or co-op, however you want to call it. I also lived in Anguilla (the Caribbean) for a year, just enjoying life.

About me: I like to have fun. I like to go out and be with friends, no matter the place. I love roller coasters! I like beer, wine, or anything else to drink! :-) I like to chill out and have fun. I love to go to concerts, whether it is rock, hip-hop, or classical (or anything in between). If it is new to me, chances are I want to do it. I love food from all cultures and haven´t had any type of food I haven´t liked...although some dishes aren´t to my tastes...haha.

I graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. I love living in Atlanta and big cities are definitely my choice to live in, which sucks because I now live in a small city...haha.

PHILOSOPHY

If it´s the norm, then chances are I don´t want to do it. If it´s different, bring it on!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I learned about this from a friend who had good experiences traveling, so I decided it might be fun and interesting. I want to meet more people on my travels and I want to be able to see the world more cheaply. :-)

I also have a couch open for visitors here in Klingenberg, although I doubt many people want to come here to stay...haha.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed in Germany a few times. I loved the people I met and I hope to do it more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Action, Comedy, Horror, basically anything...I am easy to please...haha.

Music: My favs are Hip-Hop, Rock, and Classical...although I listen to most things...I just don't like country. :-)

Books: I like books with mystery or lots of different plots. Some books I like: the Harry Potter Series, LOTR, Beach Road (I can´t remember exactly the name...haha), the Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons (better than the Code), the list goes on...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently I visited the Dachau Concentration Camp. It was very thought provoking and definitely one of the most enlightening experiences of my lifetime. I recommend to anyone that they need to go there.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn Deutsch. I know a little, but I want to be proficient in it.

I can teach English and Tagalog (sort of). I am also fluent in my mom's native dialect, Kapampangan.

I also am pretty proficient in music and can teach many aspects of it, specifically, I play tuba and bassoon (but have played other instruments as well).

I´m not sure what else. I´m always up for learning something new. I like to learn about different cultures, different cuisines, different lifestyles...whatever the wind brings. :-)

Countries I’ve Visited

Anguilla, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, England, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Philippines, Saint Martin (French part), Sint Maarten (Dutch part), South Korea, Spain, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Anguilla, Germany, United States
