Hello everybody,
my name is Guido, i'm an italian guy 27 years old. I was born in Sicily in the south of Italy but i've lived in a lot of different cities in Italy because due to the work of my father my family and i had to relocate often. I lived a lot of years in Vicenza, a city in the north of italy. In the last two years i've lived and worked in Austria in Klagenfurt am Worthersee. Now i found another job in Vicenza and i returned home so actually i'm living in Vicenza. I speak italian of course, english and german and i'm interested in meeting new interesting people. I use couchsurfing regularly since 1 year and i joined some nice events in Italy and in other countries and i've always had great experiences (i also joined a great new year's Eve party in Prague during a winter trip across Europe. It was great! Lot of nice and funny people). I'm becoming always more involved in couchsurfing, i also organized some events in Padova and i continue joining new events and making new friends.

Interests

I really like reading books or everything i can put my hands on and learn informations about everything in a lot of different fields. I really believe curiosity and continue learning new things is the real spirit of the human being. I also like to experiment new things and expanding my limits because i believe just facing fear you can improve yourself. For example i started learning thai boxe and i'd like to start climbing mountains :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Henry Miller and Charles Bukowski are my favourite writers because in their life they really saw the worst things of this world but they were strong enough to remain genuine people. And they lived a lot of adventures and damn they write really good.
But i read really all kind of things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bungee Jumping, Driving a sea scooter and helping people in trouble.
Recently i travelled on my own having a great travel while visiting croatia, hungary, slovakia, czech republic, poland, Lithuania, latvia, estonia and turkey.
And last summer i travelled across france, spain and morocco visiting a lot of beautiful places and meeting great people.
But i hope to do a lot of more amazing things!

I want to improve my english and german skills and i like to meet native speakers for both languages because speaking with them is the best way to improve the language. And i like to learn other cultures and ther lifestyle

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach how to open a beer with your heel :) or cook some pasta.
Well i'm an easygoing guy, open to new experience and curious of the world.
