I'm in Couchsurfing because I believe that one must get to know different people from different countries and cultures if one wants to be truly openminded. For me that really is the basis for everything else you do in life: to be comprehensive, tolerant and wise, you must first be openminded. So, in the end, I do believe that these experiences, Couchsurfing, in this case, add up value and reason to everything else you do in life.
