About Me

I come from Spain. I am an open-minded, partyholic guy always ready for a good talk, beers or whatever it comes across.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I happened to find this page in 2013 when I travelled to Mexico to make medical practises during the Summer. My destination was Zacatecas, but I didn't want to lose such a unique chance to travel around Mexico... Couchsurfing helped me a lot with that, I can tell :)

Interests

I am very keen on travelling, learning languages and enjoying meeting new friends. I also love reading, playing chess and going out grabing some beers with friends, talking and having fun. I like to talk about politics, philosophy and international stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

I usually listen to international music from all the countries I ve visited, I actually have different playlists in Spotify with music in chinese, german, bahasa, german, hebrew, turkish... I love electronic music too, techno, pop, alternative rock, indie.

Movies: das Experiment, hindi movies, anime, saw, almodovar, the wolf of wallstreet, Schindler's list, every horror film, Avatar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Mexico I went all over it in Autostop, not risky at all as the majority of people could think, believe me! I felt completely secure all the time and it provided the opportunity of really getting to know the people there having interesting chats while driving. Not to mention the great moments I experienced in Mexico.
When a group of friends and me made a fabulous roadtrip throughout Portugal in a van, we passed by all the tollbooths without paying. We haven't receive any fine yet!!! shhhh xD
I once lost a plane in Paris when going back to Madrid!! The airport closed at night so I couldn't just wait there until the next plane arrives. Eventually, I spent the night in a lovely inn nearby, they didn't have bedrooms left so I had to sleep in the sofa. The owner made me a discount and his child offered me te with biscuits.
I spent a two weeks in a ecologist commune in a village of Pamplona. I had a friend there and went to make her a visit. I was eating just vegetables and legumes for the whole two weeks, I even discovered myself dreaming with me eating a döner kebab! Anyway, the last day they cooked me a piece of meet with chips as a farewell lunch, delicious! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Spanish. To me any language is always worth to be learned. I'm learning German and Chinese at the moment, not the easiest languages I must say lol
