Overview
About Me
Dear Couchsurfer,
I truly enjoy travelling whenever possible. I am a psychotherapist and have a background in psychology. I have a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature, including colours, stars, trees, plants, flowers, rivers and mountains. I could talk about their captivating beauty for hours on end.
Photography is a real passion of mine. I believe it is a wonderful way to capture the essence of a moment and reflect on it in the future. Therefore, I make sure to bring my camera along on all major trips, and sometimes even on minor ones.
Writing and reading are two of my passions. I am particularly interested in proverbs from various languages, as well as the stories, religions and beliefs of different people. I also enjoy hearing about the experiences and lessons learned from fellow travellers.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I hope to connect with fellow travellers on Couchsurfing who share my love for travel and exploring the world.

I have a wide range of musical tastes, including blues, jazz, reggae, rock, ethnic music and symphony orchestras. I am in the process of learning to play the ney, a traditional Sufi music instrument, although I am not very skilled with it yet.
When it comes to movies, I enjoy watching films based on true stories or book adaptations. I also like animation, talk shows, comedy, romance and drama genres.
Some of my favourite authors include Balzac, Dostoyevsky, Engin Gençtan, Vamık Volkan, Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Carl Gustav Jung, Richard Bach and Alper Hasanoğlu. I have a partıcular interest in reading books about countries, cities, cultures, fables, stories, proverbs, idioms, religions, and beliefs, as well as bush crafts.
I am always interested in learning about people's favourite music, movies and books. It is a great way to discover new things and broaden my own horizons.
