ABOUT ME

A 21 year old Icelander, currently living/travelling/working in France but moving back home to my island in the autumn, where I'm studying philosophy, classical guitar and jazzguitar. Interested in doing so many things that I'm not sure if one lifetime is enough for it all.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't know if it's much of a philosophy but I believe in following the instinct, practical thinking with a bit of crazy in it. Pushing yourself out of the comfort zone and move around as much as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm travelling, but hopefully I can be a good host for fellow travellers in the fall - showing people a bit of Reykjavík city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None whatsoever.

Listening to and playing music, watching good films and reading books, travelling around, finding new places and people, cooking healthy food, running, practicing yoga, riding horses, taking pictures, writing, enjoying stuff.

Ridden horses while they swim in deep water, spent the night in a nudeparty in a hotspring in Iceland.

I haven't done a lot of travelling in the world. I left home at the age of 15 and have lived in various places in Iceland, and a bit in Europe as well. With every new place I come to it becomes clearer to me how easy it is to make connections with people and how much there is to learn from others.
I could teach people Icelandic, horseriding, guitarplaying and share some healthy recipes.
Would like to learn pretty much whatever people would like to teach me :)
