I love soul, rnb, trip hop, lofi but can vibe out to any type of music. I love sharing music, so if you have Spotify or want to share a cool artist or song~ feel free to send it my way Isabel Allende is my favorite story teller. I enjoy the humor of Kurt Vonnegut and Tom Robbins. I dive deep into yoga and spirituality so I enjoy books by Thich Nanh Hanh, Depak Chopra, Eckhardt Tolle. Brave New World and The Alchemist are my favorite classics. I enjoy a good documentary about anything interesting! I love foreign films or films that make you think. Miyazaki films are my comfort movies.

Teach- I am a yoga instructor and always love sharing flows with others. I also make art with many different mediums, so we can have a craft day! I speak Spanish so I would be happy to practice with you or to learn more from you. Learn- anything! I love to constantly learn new things.
