About Me

Spending time in the nature, the forest or next to the sea gave me rest and peace since my childhood.

Sewing is one of my hobbies I started in France a couple of years ago and continued - I am still not the best sewer, but it is good enough to create nice things. Riding horses, playing Badminton and Skating are the sports I like to do, when I have the time for it.

Enjoy the moment you are livin' in, you never know what will happen next.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

I am not a really big reader but Harlan Coben is one of my preferred authors. Crime and Thriller are the books I read the most, next to Roman.

Quiet open for every kind of music, I like to hear music from other people... When you find new songs, new genres you did not hear before.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, if I compare my trip with some of my friends, they are not so special, but for me they were amazing:

One of the most amazing things I have done was a roadtrip with a friend in France from the north of Paris down to Montpellier and way back.

Another trip was in May this year, I went with a friend to Norway for a trip around the Lysefjorden with the Kjeragbolten and Preikestolen. It was a nice adventure which showed me as well that I really need hiking shoes - so now I have some :D

But most important are the small things, which are amazing! The small things that make you happy in your everyday life. To hear the birds early in the morning, the sunset after a sunny day, the calm in the forest, the air after a summer rain, to lay down and read or do nothing, but enjoying the silence.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would say I can share my culinary skills, but I am not a good cooker. I can cook, but most of the time my food is more easy and soon prepared... But I can bake nice and yummy things as for example brownies.

I like to learn from other people, what they do, what they read and listen to, where they have been already and where they want to go:)

What I Can Share with Hosts

A lot of fun and nice evenings in the kitchen with a good wine or cider and in all the cases with ice cream!
