About Me
CURRENT MISSION
creating a sustainable, vibrant life and nourishing healthy relationships with all beings.
ABOUT ME
I grew up moving around between Québec and Ontario with my family. I was always involved with art and dancing and theatre as a child. As an adolescent I dreamed of spending my life waitressing to fund my ongoing world travels, Ha! I tried waitressing and didn't like it. Turns out art is still my passion, so I am currently working on making that the thing that funds and motivates my travels.
I am very intuitive, creative and spontaneous. I love to work with people, facilitating creativity and self discovery. I thrive on change, I love when life is dynamic. I'm held together by connecting to the natural world, meditation, movement, sauna, meaningful work, dancing, laughing and life's great journeys.
PHILOSOPHY
We imagine our lives into being, it just gets to be more fun and more refined as we go. As I go through the cycles, the 'good' and 'bad' times become juicy beautiful parts of an inspiring tapestry, I begin to recognize them as benchmarks in my spiraling journey, progress toward deeper more meaningful existence, Oh, and, I beleive in the run on sentence!!!hee.

Music, Movies, and Books
Some movies I have loved...Like Water for Chocolate, Pretty in Pink, The Point.
Music, there is soooo much good music, I like rootsy, traditional music, folk, rock, elecronic dance, world, almost anything goes.
Some books I have loved....The Alchemist, A Pattern Language, anything by Barbara Kingsolver.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
watching the sun shine through a melting icicle on an early spring day.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am always up for outdoor exploration, and happy to share my favorite places.
I teach an ancient form of fibre art, feltmaking, that I love to share with others, it is something anyone could try and get great creative satisfaction from.
Cooking, happy to teach and learn, a great thing to share.
If you're interested in medicinal and wild edible plants, or in expanding the senses to communicate with the natural world, we could do this.
Having just bought my first house, I would love to learn carpentry, and maintenance skills.
