I'm an easy-going person with a great curiosity for other cultures, languages and history of different countries. Meeting new people is amazing - everyone is unique and everyone has many interesting stories to tell.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have joined Couchsurfing to meet people from all over the world.

Interests

I love reading books (especially fantasy and sci-fi), painting miniatures for tabletop wargames (warhammer,a song of ice and fire, saga etc.) and learning languages. If possible, I like to spent my spare time outdoors. I wish I could play more LARPs and RPGs, but as busy mother of two it is sometimes really difficult.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite books include mostly fantasy and sci-fi authors. Harry Potter was the only book I read either in Polish, English, and German. I tried to read it in Russian as well, but it was a bit too hard :) J.R.R Tolkien, G.R.R Martin, Scott-Card, Dick - that sort of stuff. I also like to read history books about medieval times, great battles and royal dynasties.

My favourite music depends on my mood. From classics to heavy metal.

When it comes to movies, you won't be surprised that I like fantasy and sci-fi genres. Alien, LOTR, Star Wars to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I boiled 4000 (in words: four thousand) eggs in one evening!
