I have travelled around the world for several years of my life, on land and at sea, crossing the Atlantic and the Pacific ocean. I have learned traditional boatbuilding and worked as a captain on yachts and a sailing instructor in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, as well as cruising the waters home in Norway. After years of traveling I did many years of studying at the university, and I am now working as a clinical psychologist. I live with my wife and our two children outside Oslo.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Still ready for another adventure. Life is short, and full of routine, I am still traveling but bored with hotels. I would rather meet up with interesting people, and share a story or two from around the world.
