I'm Hans, 53 years old, single, two elder children and for the moment I live in a house which is to big to live alone. It's not ecologic. My son left for a worldjourney, so he is out for a while. My daughter (27) is living with me. I refurbished my attic to a loft. So finally I can offer a place to sleep.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
When we looked for a place to sleep when we were hiking with the boy scouts, I found it inbelievable charming when people agreed to offer us a place to sleep. Just for free. For me it's a way to build at an open community where people learn to know each other.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Visit the mountain gorilla's and standing there face to face whit one of these giants. It's the most emotional experience I ever had.
