About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel to far and away place --- got my new passport ... I'm ready!!!

ABOUT ME

I’m a great guy to meet and befriend... extremely curious and enthusiastic, a fun person with whom to re-explore or see new places. Romantic also... passionate about life... loves learning new things and intelligent.

PHILOSOPHY

Hurry! You only live once... but if you are reincarnated, get as much done in this life so that you can do OTHER things in the next life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been 'sort of' couchsurfing before I knew anything about this site. I try my best with my Personality to meet and make friends quickly no matter where I am ... most fun and easiest to make friends has been in Cuba and Spain. I slept over people's houses after only knowing them for a few hours -- but the few hours led to lasting friendships. Worst place to couchsurf - and I'm sad to say -- U.S.A. Lighten up people!

Interests

Sports (soccer, basketball, tennis, beach volleyball, more), cooking, reading, writing, traveling, playing piano, science (mainly histotechnology and biology), collecting and trading gemstones, hanging out with friends and just recently (mainly due to my subscription to Netflix) working hard to feed my cravings as a cinemaphile by watching movies and chatting with people about them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a movie freak -- I love documentaries and drama. Music: from classical to hard rock to celine dion ... anything but rap and really heavy metal. Books: nonfiction and novels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw a real mountain goat (3 feet away) at Grand Canyon, been to Las Vegas and stayed awake for 72 hours with only liquor and stale chips to eat (yumm!), snuck into Cuba (11 times ---Shhhhh, please don't tell U.S. Customs), visited what felt like all of Portugal in about 3 days, had a luxurious dinner with 3 beautiful women at the top of the CN Tower in Toronto --a bottle of red wine definitely lifted everyone's spirits that night. So much more ... I love life!!!!
