About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meeting new people and new caltuers

ABOUT ME

Dear Friends,
My name is Eytan Harif, 75 years old, and I already visited 90 country
A little about me and my family:
My formal education includes Accounting, Economics and Business Management. I was also the owner and manager of several companies.
Many years ago, at the age of 31, my wife was diagnosed with cancer. This event gave me a completely new perspective about life – I stopped working almost completely, and dedicated my time to take care of her and my young children. At that chapter of my life, my family and I traveled together for several months in the US with a mobile home, and also went on a long trip around the world.
Unfortunately, only a few months after that trip – 24 years ago – my wife passed away. Ever since, I have spent my time taking care of our children, who were 4 and 12 years old at the time.
When the youngest son was 16 years old I went on a second trip around the world for 9 months and this only made me want to visit more and more countries
Today, as my children grew up, I could find the time to fulfill my long lost dream and begin my next long journey.
At the end of 2021, my new partner "Yael" is retiring[67] and we let our house for 3 years, We rented a small apartment and we plan to go on trips around the world together during these periods.
My previous journeys were more about nature and local attractions. This time around I would like to focus more about the people – exploring the local culture, folklore, cuisine and customs.
We hope that as a part of our journey We will be able to meet you, get to know you and share common interests with you.
