CURRENT MISSION Opening teenagers minds, one book at a time. ABOUT ME I'm the librarian at a local high school, I have two teenage children, a boy and a girl. I live with my family in Yorktown, Virginia. I'm very interested in other cultures; I've been fortunate enough to have traveled a bit and I love meeting new people. I lived in Angers, France for a school year (many years ago) and I'm returning to Paris next summer to attend school at L'Alliance Française. I'd like to meet some folks to stay with to practice my language skills. PHILOSOPHY Minds are like parachutes; they work best when they're open.
