I grew up in Columbia, lived in New York City for 12 years, and then moved back in 2022 and stayed for a year. Now I'm in Mexico City.

I'm coming into my own. As a former flight attendant for 2 years, I've traveled to different places and never wrote about them. I actually want to travel the world, experience the inherent good-naturedness of people, and have something to show for it: stories, pictures, and good feelings and unforgettable memories.

Music, Movies, and Books

Just watched Midgnight in Paris again, and a delightful little road trip movie called Take Me Home. I've discovered Adam Sandler, and there's a great bit of "chitlin curcuit" like movies on Netflix that have been enjoyable as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One Amazing Thing: I watched Knocked Up and promptly bought a ticket to Canada when I had never been out of the country before. It was because a numerologist told me that I would meet my husband in Canada at the age of 23. I was 22 and would be turning 23 the week I booked my trip. Turned out to be a memorable trip and I spent Christmas with very good people who later came to stay with me in New York that next year.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I do a damn good karaoke. I can cook decently (fluffy scrambled eggs!) and I like to listen and discover.
