Overview
About Me
Hi, welcome to my profile! A bit about me: I’m a documentary photographer with a background in architecture and graphic design, and above all, a regular human being who loves to meet new people from all walks of life, exchange knowledge of cultures. I also play a little bit of guitar. 🎸
📸 My photo-documentary work explores the intersections of climate change, migration, and educational inequity across Asia. I collaborate closely with NGOs, hospitals, schools, and local initiatives to ensure that communities are active participants in the projects that document their lives. So if you work at an NGO or part of a local initiative, I would LOVE to meet you! 🌍✨

🏔️ I have a soft spot for mountain villages, tiny hamlets nestled along a riverbank. I guess growing up in a quiet, lush, tropical seaside town play a big part in how I’m attached to the mountains. Most of the time I hitchhike and stay with locals, sometimes in the most remote places, living life the way the locals do.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to all kinds of music, I indulge myself in various genres of films, so much so that the list may seem very random. My most favorite movie of all time, and one I can’t stop recommending everyone is “Where is The Friend’s House” by Abbas Kiarostami.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I could say it’s when I stay with locals on the mountains of Tajikistan with extremely cold weather and no electricity, or when I got lost on the mountains of Turkey, or when I hitchhiked Central Asia. But one amazing thing I’ve done is making friends that I’m happy to call as family here through Couchsurfing in Pakistan. It’s unbelievable, the bond we have, how 2 weeks of spending my time with them really changed my life. Pakistan has become my 2nd home.
Teach, Learn, Share
I’m happy to always provide whatever I can: teach English, photography, drawing or a little bit of guitar. I would love to learn more languages, exchange ideas and experiences.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Being a good friend that last as long as we live. Very grateful to have found Couchsurfing and met like-minded people that I’m happy to have as friends. To exchange stories, culture and language, smiles, and laughters :)
