Pint-sized punch of fun love! Think curiosity meets energy with enthusiasm. I am a nurse as well as a yin yoga instructor. Ask me about either; love to talk about both!

Experiential learning is key- wisdom is found through life, internally and externally. I love trying new things- particularly food and beer. So many things to do, so little time!
