ABOUT ME

I teach Classics (Latin, Greek, Classical Civilisation and Ancient History) in a secondary school in the UK.

I share my passion towards Oxford while organising and leading walking, cycle and punting tours in Oxford (The Oxford Tourist).

I am a little curious self with an uncontrollable yearning for novelty and with a decent amount of respect for both the known and unknown.

PHILOSOPHY

I like being outside of my comfort zone. No cruelty. No war. No slavery. No abuse. No lie. (as for the lies - I have now learnt that when there is a war clenching its teeth on the vulnerable civil body, lies are permissible).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosting and been hosted many times and I cannot even imagine what a cultural pauper I would have been without Couchsurfing.

Interests

I am genuinely interested in everything. I have certain special inclinations towards education, human rights, eradicating poverty.

I enjoy reading books, swimming, dancing, travelling, listening to music, watching films, doing yoga, jogging, and improving myself every moment: καλοκαγαθία.

I am an ardent conversationalist and enjoy intellectual journeys with people.
