My two passions in life are cooking and biking. Throughout my years, I have biked for 9000km in Japan, 9000km from Alaska to Los Angles, and 5500km in Patagonia South America. During my adventures and working in different countries, I always sought out local cuisine and dishes to get inspired. After years of experience traveling and eating my way around the world.
