About Me

CURRENT MISSION

living in the woods on the Oregon coast

ABOUT ME

When I forgot to close the door, I blinded myself once more
Little bites of light, little idea that might
offer a chance to choose, that I mustn't lose
as so it must seem a desire to dream.

About me? What about me? I want to know about you.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel no need for any other faith than my faith in the kindness of human beings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very new to CS and am not sure how I will inevitable choose to participate. From what I can tell about the network is that it creates community one experience at a time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Speaking broadly, I have had and hosted couch surfing like experiences where I have opened my home, car, & mind to strangers. Through these experiences I have learned a great deal about myself through the vulnerable act of trust in allowing someone new into my life. I have had such positive experiences I am broadening my network and joining couch surfing.

Interests

Sharing laughter!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Singing on the great wall of China once in high school and once as a collage student. My music and art have taken me beyond boarders and connected me with those I have no language in common with. I travel with sketch book in hand and a song in my heart.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think the greatest thing I could learn or teach is in coming to understand if only in a small yet meaningful way how another person experiences living. I'm a student of life and find interest and value in expanding my knowledge and appreciation for that which I have yet to encounter.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Ecuador, France, Germany, Guatemala

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
